Shipping:
IvyCharlaine ships via the USPS. Standard Domestic within the US will arrive in approximately 5-10 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. Standard International will arrive in approximately 2-3 weeks depending upon customs and carriers outside of the US. If a product is not in stock or is on back order, you will be notified via email if your email address is provided.
Payments:
IvyCharlaine accepts payments via PayPal. It is a secure and free site that allows you to pay with a major credit card. You do not need to have a Paypal account in order to pay for your purchases.
Return Policy:
All sales are final. Please read descriptions of all products before purchasing. IvyCharlaine’s goal is to have completely satisfied customers. If you have any questions or concerns before or after making your purchase, please click on the Contact Us link and send us a message with your name and email address.
Variations:
IvyCharlaine’s Jewelry Designs are all handmade by Nicole I. Barringer. There may be minor variations in the leverback earwire designs. The stones and/or beads may vary slightly due to the natural designs. Chains may vary slightly as well. No two earrings with beads or stones in the designs will be exactly the same.
Clip ons:
Most of IvyCharlaine's earrings can be converted into a clip on. If you would like an earring converted, simply send us a message via the contact us link before making your purchase.
Sensitivity:
Most of IvyCharlaine's earrings offer a nickel free hypoallergenic earwire for a small additional fee
