Story of IvyCharlaine
IvyCharlaine was inspired by my beautiful late great-grandmother Ivy Powell, whom was affectionately known as Mama Ivy. It is also my middle name and it continues her legacy. I have vivid memories of Mama Ivy dating up until June 2010, when God called her home. She moved to the United States from Jamaica in the 1970s and lived a humble life with her family. She didn't have the means to buy expensive jewelry, however she always had a pair of beautiful pearl earrings on along with her face powder and lipstick. She never left home without this look. She has passed part of this passion on to me. You will rarely see me without a pair of earrings on!
IvyCharlaine is created for the elegant woman... the trendy woman... the demure woman... the outspoken 'out of the box' woman... the conservative woman.... even the woman on a budget.
